Ski area in Fichtelberg is the biggest centre of winter sports in Sachsen. In close vicinity you can find 10 km of slopes of easy, medium and high difficulty with the total length of 15,5km. You can reach all slopes with a cableway, 4 ski lifts and in good weather conditions a single seat chairlift whcih takes you up to Small Fichtelberg (1206 m). Alternatively you can use 4seat chairlift with protection bubbles of Skiing company LGO mbh. There is also a lit ski slope on the central skiing slope and you can have lots of fun at Funpark and Halfpipe.
