While Bled is not a classical winter sports center, it still provides for those who enjoy skiing. Both skiers and snowboarders alike will enjoy the Straža ski area, only a few minutes’ walk from the center of Bled. The slopes are equipped with artificial snow guns and lit for night skiing.
