The Limanowa-Ski ski resort is located in a beautiful mountain valley in the Beskid Wyspowy range on the northern slopes of Łysa Góra, about 5km from the center of Limanowa.
In 2007, a 4-person chairlift by Doppelmayr and two T-bar lifts were built there. The longest slope is 1000m, and the total length of all slopes is 2300m.
The Łososińskie Range, in which the slope is located, retains moisture from precipitation, which often results in much more snow than in the surrounding area, providing extremely favorable skiing conditions. The first snow usually appears in November, and the northern exposure of the slope slows down melting, so the snow cover often lasts until April.
The chairlift takes us to the summit in 5 minutes, from where we can choose one of the two downhill slopes, either the blue or the red one.
