The PARK SNOW Donovaly ski resort is located on the border of the Low Tatras National Park and the Great Fatra National Park. It is one of the most renowned ski resorts in Slovakia. What makes PARK SNOW Donovaly special is that it is home to the second largest children's park in Europe.
The ski resort at PARK SNOW Donovaly features a total of 11 km of slopes, with 7.4 km of them being snow-covered. The slopes are divided into two ski areas: Záhradište and Nová hoľa. Záhradište is suitable for beginners and intermediate skiers, while Nová hoľa is ideal for intermediate and advanced skiers. Skiers have access to two gondolas and 14 tow lifts.
The Donovaly Children's Park - FUN PARK - is the largest ski training park in Central Europe. Within its 12,500 m2 area, there are nine conveyor belts, also known as magic carpets, and a motorized ski carousel, which greatly assist in ski lessons. Children as young as three years old can learn to ski in the ski kindergarten under the guidance of instructors or under the supervision of their parents.
