Skicentrum Žiar-Dolinky

The resort is suitable for beginners as well as intermediate skiers. There are 2 ski lifts in operation in the area with two slopes, one of which is mechanically snow-covered. The length of the slopes is 0.65 km. The ski slopes are groomed daily by a Kässbohrer PB Polar snow groomer. Directly in the ski area, there is accommodation available in 2 cottages that can accommodate 20 people, one owned by the TJ and the other owned by the municipality. Throughout the season, there is a snack bar in operation serving hot and cold food and drinks. The area is equipped with modern public sanitary facilities. The ski slope in the area is equipped with evening lighting, allowing for abundant night skiing. There is also a ski school operating in the area, with instructors who are members of our TJ. There is an access road leading to the area, ending with a parking lot for private vehicles and buses. Next to the parking lot, there is a ski service and ski equipment rental in operation (phone contact: 0918 226012). The ski area is only 200 meters away from the SAD bus stop at the end of the village of Žiar.
